Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Damage on delivery: If your product arrives damaged or defective, report it within [48 hours] with photos to itssuteble@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 77374 62521. We will repair, replace, or refund at no cost to you.

Returns: Because our furniture is made to order, we [do not accept returns for change of mind / accept returns within X days with a XX% restocking fee]. Custom modular furniture (kitchens, wardrobes, storage units) is non-returnable once installed.

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within [7–10] business days.

Warranty: [X] years on the frame against manufacturing defects, [X] year on cushioning and upholstery workmanship. Warranty does not cover normal wear, fading from sunlight, stains, or damage from misuse. To claim, contact us with your order number and photos of the issue.
